Premium Cotton Belt Continuous Strip Paster
The optaMAC XM610 Paster is a continuous strip paster that applies paper to the top and bottom of any continuous metal strip improving adhesion. The *MAC Uncoiler (sold separately) is used to feed the uncoiled metal directly into the optaMAC XM610 Paster. Both the optaMAC XM610 and optaMAC X610 Paster are equipped with a MAC Thick Wall Hopper. The MAC Thick Wall Hopper features extra thick interlocking walls and controlled pressure dispensing of the paste. Maintaining pressure control when dispensing the paste allows overpaste on the grid’s topside, and the new wall design prevents warping when processing thick paste. Both paster and hopper are equipped with a heavy-duty greasing manifold, which enables grease application without interrupting production.
