flowMAC Parter

The flowMAC Parter automatically receives panels directly from your optaMAC Flash Dry Oven. It coordinates the positioning of the plates from the oven’s conveyor with the precision-alignment chain of the parter to ensure accurate cuts. Powered center knives assure even parting of the panels while the outboard bearings are kept away from any potentially damaging residual moisture from the plates. The lugs are brushed on both sides, improving strap adhesion, and then trimmed for uniform production. From the flowMAC Parter, the plates can flow to a standard manual off-bearing conveyor or a MAC High Speed Stacker to eliminate the need for up to two more plate handlers. Eliminating manual handling, reduces labor requirements, prevents lead dust exposure to operators, and minimizes scrap. The flowMAC Parter combines accurate plate parting, brushing paste off the lugs, and precise trimming of the lugs matching the speed of your MAC Paster.
