The MAC Industrial COS is a fully automated cast-on-strap machine built for manufacturers who demand precision, repeatability, and high throughput. Every unit is custom designed and engineered ensuring your COS fits your line, your process, and your production goals.
How it works:
Cells enter via an inlet conveyor fitted with a lug-aligning device that positions each cell precisely before handoff. A robotic arm guides cells through an automated brushing station, a flux-tin-flux treatment sequence, and into the mold — all without operator intervention. Cast cells are transferred to the case insertion station, lowered into cases, and carried out by conveyor as fresh cases feed in continuously, keeping the line moving without interruption.
