The MAC Industrial COS uses an inlet conveyor which is configured with a lug aligning device to properly position the cells. Then the robot picks up the cells coming from the inlet conveyor, over to the brushing station, then the flux/tin/flux station, into the mold, and finally handing the cast cells off into the case insertion station to be lowered into cases. After insertion, the conveyor takes the cases out of the station and new cases are fed in.
