Automatically Returns Paste to the Hopper to Reduce Wasted Paste

The MAC Paste Return is a manually activated, variable speed machine designed to operate with all MAC Pasters. Two sizes are available: automotive to fit all optaMAC Pasters, and industrial to fit the Industrial SupraMAC Paster. Eliminating the erratic return of paste when shoveling, allows a more consistent paste mix. An upper transfer arm pivots to position directly above the hopper, to continuously return the flow of excess paste.The machine is complete with a paste deflector curtain to channel the paste back onto the conveyor. The multiple belt system carries heavier solid paste leaving most of the water behind. The system can be independently controlled or synchronized with the paster controls. The units require minimum floor space and are shipped preassembled and ready for installation at the customers facility.
