Precise Control Over the Curing Process

Precise Control Over the Curing Process

The Sovema by MAC Curing Chamber is designed to give the manufacturer enhanced control of the curing and drying process through custom tuned curing profiles. Enhanced control over the curing and drying process ensures an optimal bond between the active material to the grid. The air flow design and control package together allow for tighter, more consistent temperature control of the chamber interior. An emphasis on laminar air flow supplied from two sides results in even exposure to all plates ensuring excellent quality and consistency. Even at its maximum operating temperature of 121° C (250° F), a standard three inches of insulation between stainless steel walls maintain a cool ambient environment. During the drying process, a powered exhaust positioned at the bottom of the chamber forces out the most humid air first. Sealing up the chamber is a solid panel, insulated, weathered sealed, rubber, automatic door to keep desired conditions of the interior.
