Automatic Cast Grid Paster

The optaMAC X610 Paster utilizes a textured cotton belt to paste single or double panels. The optaMAC X610 automated grid cast paster, and optaMAC XM610 Paster continuous strip paster are equipped with a MAC Thick Wall Hopper. The MAC Thick Wall Hopper features extra thick interlocking walls and controlled pressure dispensing of the paste. Maintaining pressure control when dispensing the paste allows overpaste on the grid’s topside, and the new wall design prevents warping when processing thick paste. allowing overpaste on the grid’s topside. Both paster and hopper feature a heavy-duty greasing manifold, which enables grease application without interrupting production. The belt drive, hopper, and *optional optaMAC Feeder, each have separate controls to regulate the distance between the grid panels and the paste fill of the grid.
