Hydraulic Pasting with MAC Precision
The Industrial supraMAC Paster handles 15 inch battery plates. Using hydraulic power to move the grids through the paster results in better wrap around the grid wires. Hydraulic controls deliver the cylinder pressure and motor torque required for heavy duty industrial pasting while maintaining a compact footprint. The standard 711 mm (28 in) hopper can be replaced with a 457, 559, 610, or 628 mm (18, 22, 24, 24.75 in) wide hopper. It can also be used with the roll-away, shuttle, or hand feeder for oversized or different shaped grids. After pasting, a textured pattern is applied to both sides of the finished plate by two finishing rolls mounted after the hopper to improve plate performance.
