Remove Excess Paste from Bottom and Sides of Pasted Grid Stacks

Upgrade your pasting line with the MAC Brushing Blocking Station, a free-standing unit used to remove excess paste from the bottom and/or sides of the pasted grid stacks. The machine requires one operator to block/square the stack, then place the stack into the clamp area. The operator presses the two start buttons which activates the clamp and starts the brushes rotating. The machine passes the side(s) of the stack over rotating brushes to remove excess paste and sharp edges from the foot area that may be left after parting. The unit includes a collection drawer to collect paste brushed from the panel edges.
