Battery Panel Parter Cleans Lugs, and Parts Panels

The MACparter 190 battery panel parter combines panel parting, lug brushing, and lug trimming all into one quick, smooth operation while reducing lead-in-air. A mechanical or vacuum feeder smoothly feeds plates into horizontal processing position. Once in position the lugs are brushed, clearing oxide without carving grooves into the metal surface that could retain wet flux. Producing minimal vibration, ensures the lugs are clipped to the proper length, and the panels are accurately parted. A single twist crank adjusts both the feeder and chain carriers simultaneously, so handling new plate sizes only takes minutes.
