This machine pastes continuous lines using a high tensile strength steel belt and Full Coverage Continuous (FCC) double sided pasting technology. The FCC system on the paster and hopper supports the grid strip off the pasting belt at the precise point before the hopper dispenses paste. Two paper feeders apply perforated paper to the top and bottom of the grid to improve adhesion and release paste from the steel belt. The MAC Uncoiler (sold separately) feeds the uncoiled strip directly into the paster. Both paster and hopper feature a heavy-duty greasing manifold, enabling grease application without interrupting production.
