Electric, Automatic Battery Jar Sealer
The MAC Heat Sealer is a battery jar sealer that uses electricity to weld the cover to the jar. We offer both heat sealers for both automotive and industrial sized batteries. There are two models available, the automatic (E-164) and the manual (E-157) model. Both models use electricity to heat the machine head, and pneumatics to actuate the heated machine head. The system seals the battery covers to the battery jars using four independent welding assemblies, one for each side. Standard on the heat sealer is a bead forming process to eliminates trimming excess material.
