Automatic or Manual Cell-to-Cell and Cell-to-Atmosphere Sealed Battery Tester

Automatic or Manual Cell-to-Cell and Cell-to-Atmosphere Sealed Battery Tester

The MAC Leak Tester is an automatic or manually operated leak detecting station designed to test for internal (cell-to-cell) and external (cell-to-atmosphere) leakage using pressure and/or vacuum. Both tests can be done in one cycle. A combination vacuum pump and compressed air drive the test system. Pressure transducers monitor the test pressures. The tester includes all pneumatic and electric components, along with a test fixture in a framed unit. A green light (good batteries) and red light (defective batteries) indicate to the operator the results of the test. An automatic rejection conveyor removes batteries from the line that have failed testing. Failed batteries are sent to a reject station for refurbishing. All MAC equipment comes in industrial grade rust preventive safety blue paint. This built-to-last unit will provide you with higher quality control for your battery products for many years to come.
